Silicon Nitride (Si3N4) is a widely used ceramic material in high temperature application, in high temperature condition, the strength of silicon nitride can be kept up to 1200℃. Silicon nitride is very strong, especially hot pressed silicon nitride, which is one of the hardest substances in the world. Silicon nitride ceramics possess excellent properties of high thermal stability, antioxidant capacity and good dimensional precision of products. Silicon nitride is especially suitable for thermocouple protection tube measuring temperature of molten aluminum for its anti-fusion. Additionally, its low thermal conductivity and high wear resistance make it an excellent material that can withstand the toughest of conditions in the most demanding industrial applications. In order to guarantee tube’s quality,we used the excellent raw material and adopt strict total quality management and advanced techniques.
