This Vertical Tube Furnace is a splittable 3 zones vertical tube furnace suitable for sample heating or quenching under vacuum or flowing gas conditions up to 1700°C. Single crystal growth and heat treatment system can be set up with a quenching system, lifting mechanism, or other motion mechanisms.

The heated chamber is divided into three independent power zones, each with its own thermocouple. Can be mounted and operated horizontally or vertically without any modification. By using interchangeable tube adapters, the furnace will accept a variety of different sized process tubes.

Applications

Quenching: Rapid cooling to increase hardness.
Tempering: Reduce brittleness after quenching.
Annealing: Soften materials and relieve internal stress.
Sintering: Fuse particles to form a solid.
Calcination: Decompose materials at high temperatures.
